The Dates for Camp DayDreams 2008 are Monday, August 18 - Sunday, August 24.  Camp DayDreams is held at Camp Cutler in Naples, NY.  Transportation is provided (Bus leaves from the Edgerton Community Center at 41 Backus Street at 8:30 in the morning on Monday, August 18 and returns to Edgerton at 12 noon on Sunday, August 24).

Here are the registration and health forms for Camp DayDreams.  The health form is four pages long and requires a signature by a physician. To help you out we have included health form instructions.
